Natchitoches September 9 W L Roy was re elected president of the State Normal School for one year with no opposition. The board did not present Caldwell’s name but it is believed Caldwell may resume the presidency next year. The brief meeting lasted about half an hour and proceeded without incident. Governor Hall and others left for Alexandria after the session.
