Allied General Plans Feeding 2 Million German Children
Major General Henry T. Allen announced from Chicago that plans are underway to feed 2,000,000 German children this winter through the American Society of Friends. He chairs the committee with Hoover endorsement and cites prior aid to German children and relief work in Russia and Japan.
