Fulton county court heard the petition by David M. Rittenhouse and others of Philadelphia for a receiver of the Ku Klux Klan. Attorney Jones testified that Dr. H W Evans predicted a $100000 gain in a year and believed he would not last long. Furney said the Klan books were so disordered an audit might never be possible.
