United States Presses on Mexican Policy Change

Secretary of State said a note was sent to all Latin American governments asking them suspend policy moves toward Mexico until Washington defines its stance. Plans indicate the U S will seek Huerta's removal, a constitutional election, and U S recognition, with Britain, Germany, and France backing the demand.
