Unknown assailants pulled alongside a passenger train and attached a car to the locomotive, allegedly robbing the express line. The incident targets the MR and T passenger service, with details scarce and no injuries reported.
Ten or more masked bandits held up a southbound Missouri Kansas Texas train near Mah a and Eufaula. They forced the engineer to stop, looted an express car and guarded crews for over an hour while another car resisted explosives. Officials and sheriffs from a dozen counties formed a posse to search for the bandits.
Two unidentified men robbed the First National Bank at Marble Falls Texas on Tuesday afternoon wounding keeper Robert H Heinetz and assistant cashier Jercey Walter Page while forcing the safe. Reports say up to 10 000 may have been taken but insurance coverage suggests under 2 000 in cash. A large posse scours the area along the Colorado river for the suspects who were described as middle aged men in black hats.

Theobald McCain was seriously wounded Tuesday when his brother Whitreed McCain shot him. The incident is being investigated by local authorities and involves family members.
