Five New Wells In Ora Field Expand Louisiana Gas Output
Monroe office of the conservation department reports completion of five new producers in the Ora field and signs of a possible new gas-distillate field in north Louisiana. Four completions are in the southwest extension near Sellars Ewing. Lion Oil Company drilled three in section 34 22 1W, marking its 11th success, and Guy Mabee Company and C H Murphy Company each completed one. The Lion Farrar No 6 produced 132 barrels daily from 2123 to 2131 feet, with gravity 32 and B S and S W .08 per cent. Lion Farrar No 7 flowed 165 barrels a day at given pressures.

London Commuter Trains Crash in Fog Kills 25
