Mrs. John Samuel Butler 67 a great great granddaughter of Thomas Jefferson died in Baton Rouge. She was born in Lynchburg Virginia daughter of Launcelot Minorkean and Elizabeth Prescott. She belonged to the Daughters of the American Revolution and the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Survivors include three sons Joseph E Butler Launcelot E Butler and John Samuel Butler and a daughter Mrs Wesley Lancaster. Funeral arrangements not complete.

Burned man in Booker T area after train collision with butane truck
