Wreck on Highway 80 Kills One. Honeymoon Couple Hurt
A two car crash on rain slick Highway 80 ten miles west of West Monroe fatally injured 44 year old Clay Henry Millsaps and seriously hurt John and Mrs. Schultz on their honeymoon. Millsaps died at the scene while the Schultz couple were hospitalized at St. Francis with facial lacerations a broken nose and other injuries. The accident occurred early this morning with investigators unsure of braking actions and no witnesses identified. Ouachita Parish Coroner Dr. J T French was conducting the death inquiry.
