The Monroe social season features a charity card party with league members providing moral and financial backing. The Monroe Garden Club gathered at Miss Emma Louise Biedenharn’s home for a floral program led by Mrs. Charles Mitchell, including a Trees talk by Mrs. James A. Noe and a recital by Miss Biedenharn.
