Two mothers and nine children died in a Dance township fire that burned across 50 miles of timber near Fort Frances. Police believe the victims were relatives of Noah and Bill LaBelle. Flaming gasoline burns 3 fatally in Kansas collision
In Columbus Kansas a Frisco passenger train and a gasoline truck collided at a crossing. Four gallons of gasoline exploded turning three men into torches.
