The defense to present its side. jury expected to retire Wednesday night.
Plans to reorganize the Missouri Pacific and St. Louis Iron Mountain and Southern railways were filed with the Missouri Public Service Commission. The plan, by Kuhn Loeb & Co., creates a new corporation with 379 million dollars capitalization.
