Exoneration in Oil City fight ends self defense claim
Roy Hartsill 19 of Rodessa was exonerated after a coroner's hearing found he acted in self defense when he struck Frank E. Finklea of Oil City in a Pine Island fight following a night ride and drinking party. Finklea remains critically injured with a fractured skull and Hartsill is to stay in the parish. Blaze Destroys Georgetown Businesses On Main Street
