Prison Auditor Admits Embezzling from Louisiana Penitentiary
Assistant District Attorney John R. Fridge announced Cecil T. Phillips an auditor at Louisiana State Penitentiary admitted embezzling 525,955.93 between December 1936 and July 1939.
