Children walk miles to escape beating in Ouachita Parish
Five girls ages 9 to 19 walked more than twenty miles to Monroe to escape cruel punishment by Lloyd Cook. Deputies describe welts and lacerations on their backs and say two younger children suffered the worst abuse.
