The House and Senate invited various gentlemen to Baton Rouge to address the legislature Monday evening as a test vote to gauge support. The invitation lists J R Thornton Broussard Ransdell Pujo Wickliffe Wilkinson Watkins Thomas Edwards Blanchard Simms Edmonds and others.
