West Monroe man shoots self in motive tied to unemployment
Jack Webb, 22, of West Monroe, was found with a bullet wound in his abdomen at his brother Lucian Webb’s Ludwig avenue home. He was taken to St Francis sanitarium in critical condition after firing a 38 caliber pistol at his stomach. He cited unemployment as the motive and said I am sorry before the act.
