Police report a white man was poisoned and robbed in a Saturday night incident. Two Black individuals are charged in connection with the case, details indicate intent and method remain under investigation.
Columbus Ohio Nov 25 A campaign for General Pershing to the 1920 presidency was launched in Ohio with the incorporation of the Pershing Republican League. Sponsors include former U S Senator Dick of Akron and fourteen other prominent Akron and Summit county Republicans.
A white man found dead beside a frost covered country road is believed poisoned, leading Sheriff Grant and deputies to arrest three African American suspects, two women and a man, as the coroner’s jury weighs the case. Louis Dowdey identified as the victim, with Gus Evans, Vira Simmons, and Vina Howard named as suspects or witnesses.
In Berlin on November 25 the radical socialist leader Karl Liebknecht concentrates on swaying soldiers returning from the front. His followers form a small force of red supporters suspected of packing meetings to push through resolutions that would embarrass the current government.

Will Command Mississippi reports Capt. W A Moffe r, in charge of the Great Lakes Naval Training Station, has been assigned to command the new super dreadnought Mississippi. The announcement notes Moffet’s transfer to lead the battleship as part of a broader Navy reshuffle.
Atlanta Navy. Director McAdoo on a southern inspection tour declines the offer by railroad employees running out of St. Louis to raise his salary by 2009 dollars per month. He cites aid to southern seaports and harbor studies at Pensacola and Mobile.
