In New Orleans on November 18 Judge Wayne Borah ordered the execution of sentences for Seymour Wein and three others convicted of federal mail fraud in Louisiana. Wein, Monte E B Hart, and Dr J M Smith face 30 months in prison and fines of 2000 each. LeSage and Adams receive one year and a day and 2000 fines. They were linked to the Bienville Hotel furnishings double sale to LSU for 75000. Smith serves an 8 24 year state term for related charges.
