December 3 Crippled Children Clinic Set in Ouachita
December 3 has been set for a crippled children's clinic at the Ouachita parish health unit office in the city hall. Dr. J. W. Williams said health directors from five parishes will cooperate and more than 50 crippled children are expected for examination from Ouachita Richland Franklin Lincoln and Morehouse parishes. The suit seeks the value of barge No 7 and its cargo sunk at Gramercy on September 2 1928 after a collision with Mamie Coyle. The barge line’s receiver claims crew carelessness aboard Mamie Coyle.
