Franklin Mull reports from Chicago that wintry weather slowed turkey movement toward Thanksgiving raising wholesale prices slightly. Dressed turkey prices rose 1 to 2 cents a pound and live birds 1 to 4 percent as cold disrupted traffic, though dealers expect renewed movement and plenty of turkeys for the holiday.
