By Associated Press Washington November 14 Cotton used in the United States during October amounted to 555,249 running bales excluding linters, compared with 50,782 in 1915. Cotton on hand in consuming establishments 1,722,958, in storage and compresses 3,673,185. Linters used during October 66,708, on hand in consuming establishments 67,532, in storage and compresses 876,312.
