Birthday Party Honors May Brooking at Country Club
Mrs J R Wooten hosted a birthday party at the country club Saturday for her daughter May Brooking turning eight. Pink and white decor filled the hall as eight guests enjoyed games and prizes in a pin the tail on the pumpkin style event. Prizes went to India Stubbs first Joe Williamson second Cablottee Breard third Henry Colbert booby. Sixty or eighty guests received souvenir balloons. A Grace Episcopal church Thanksgiving service is set for 9 am tomorrow. Mrs J W McWilliams and son W R McWilliams return from Starkville and Memphis where they visited relatives.
