The leak threatened to delay the Thursday launch of astronauts James A McDivitt and Edward H White II on a 62 orbit 97 hour mission designed to test prolonged space exposure and attempt the first space rendezvous. A damaged life support package was replaced and the undersea cable repair near San Salvador Bahama may affect communications. White plans a spacewalk tethered to the craft. he will approach the Titan 2 second stage in orbit.

Four Escapees Captured in Missouri Near Fulton
