J L Watson about 38 of Shreveport was jailed on charges of obtaining money by false pretenses. He allegedly bought tools totaling 126.61 in his father’s name, then sold them and kept the proceeds. Investigation showed his son ordered the tools and shipped them to Monroe, with the older Watson unaware.
