Hyde’s care, and the accused, Watson, faces charges. Sheriff Ballard heads to Finker to arrest him. the man was a Tangipahoa political figure and former state legislator under Governor Sanders.
Mayor H. D. Apgar plans a new street car timetable to aid residents on South Jackson street and Lee avenue. The Riverside Southside and Lee Avenue lines will be merged with through cars from Forsyth Park to city limits, using four cars and a fifteen minute interval. An additional belt line car will run to Iron Mountain depot, also on a fifteen minute schedule.
