West Monroe Adopts Sewer Connection Ordinance May 1925 Session
West Monroe mayor and board pass Ordinance No. 649 requiring all residents and businesses to connect their sewer lines to the town system with penalties for noncompliance. The measure, introduced by R L Kilgore, was read and adopted May 5 1925.
