Reports from the steamer Nebraska arriving at San Diego indicate rebels likely captured Salina Cruz Mexico. At departure rebels were within twenty five miles of Salina Cruz and held a position near the Tahuantepec railway offices at San Geronimo prepared to march on the coastal city.
