Miner Rescued From Coal Slide in Wilkes-Barre

Fireman Joe Krupa died when a Southern Pacific locomotive and two cars left the rails at Beasley, 40 miles southwest of Houston. Engineer Sam H. Koenig was injured, passengers uninjured.
