Judge A H Longino former governor of Mississippi is critically ill at his Jackson home with pneumonia. He has been ill several days with his condition worsening in the past 48 hours. Longino, 74, served as governor from 1900 to 1904 and oversaw the construction of the new state capitol. He now presides over Hinds County court.
