Registrars from Caddo Bossier Webster Claiborne Ouachita East Carroll and Madison parishes were subpoenaed for Friday's hearing.
Monroe police booked 61 year old Albert C. Erwin of 704 Stubbs avenue for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating beverages. He was picked up in the 500 block of Hall Street and also charged with reckless driving.
