Speed Limit Set For U.S. Airmen
A United States Air Force commander ordered 6000 airmen in Britain not to exceed 30 mph on British roads. The rule comes 24 hours after 18 year old Airman Jimmie Wayne Whittaker of Noble Oklahoma was killed in a crash. A British youth in the car also died and another boy was injured.
