American artillery on the Toul front today rained shells on German trenches and towns including Massey and Montze. Gas shells at times fell on gunners as German forces reinforce their second lines amid intense fighting around Ypres on the Western Front.

Gas Well Fire at Spyker No 2 No 3 Drilling Site
