City of Monroe Louisiana on March 5 1924 enacted Ordinance No 2401 authorizing conversion of remaining public improvement bonds to cash for redemption. Bonds dated 1901 1899 1920 with 57000 dollars on hand will be used to retire debts and fund interest for sinking. Ordinance adopted March 6 1924 with mayor and full council present.
