Frizzell is kept as confidential clerk. Further provisions not disclosed. Will to be fully printed Monday.
Sheriff Jack Parker and Marshal Joe Mangham arrested Jae Blount John Senter and Paul Taylor for a string of robberies. They admitted stealing meat from a butcher shop near the city, selling it to Nep Wall at a negro restaurant by the Iron Mountain depot, and to other thefts including meat from M. D. Swayze's city market stall.
In Cincinnati on a Thursday afternoon John Strietelmeier watched the funeral of his friend John Frederick, who had killed himself. The next morning Strietelmeier tried to cut his own throat with a butcher knife, after a razor failed, wounding himself as his daughter Carrie left to shop. He, 54, is grieving for his wife, in poor health, with four children at home and three married elsewhere. The police rushed him to hospital. he has a slim chance of recovery. Frederick had died days earlier at 1115 Draper Street.
