The Agriculture Dept reports farm product prices rose about one percent in February after a 1.2 percent January gain. Measured by parity, February prices were 78 percent of parity, up from 77 in January, with livestock and meat animals driving the gains as farmers foresee farm policy battles in upcoming elections.
