Wreck After Motorman Disobeys Order Near Trenton
Eight people were killed in a head on collision between a passenger car and a freight on the Cincinnati and Lake Erie line near Trenton Ohio. Crews with torches recovered four bodies first and four more were found beneath twisted steel. Names include Joseph Brosey Harry Augsburger Russell Wilson and George Betz.

J. T. Watkins Found Dead in West Monroe Home
J. T. Watkins, 76, was found dead at his daughter Mrs. D. Coulter’s residence 604 South Second Street West Monroe at 11 30 this morning. Coroner said natural causes. He leaves six children and will be buried in West Point Mississippi tomorrow afternoon.
