Army Reserves from District Head to Fort Polk Tour
Two hundred members of the 2nd Battalion 95th Regiment 95th Training Division from the district will depart for Fort Polk on Saturday for a two week duty tour. Lt. Col. Floyd H. Weems said the unit will join regular army training units at Polk and help train recruits. The 95th Division, known as The Victory Division, will take over training duties for about 14 000 recruits during the two week period. The reservists will finish duties at Polk and return home on July 14.
