Train Victim Louis Matyas Taken to Houston for Burial
The body of Louis B. Matyas 29 killed in a fall from a moving freight train at Riverton was sent overland to Houston Texas for burial. Funeral services were held near Columbia then the body was disinterred and brought back to Monroe at relatives request. Matyas survived by a brother and sister in Houston. The man was believed knocked from a box car under the Riverton bridge as the train passed between five and six oclock Thursday.
