Chamber withdraws approval of ads for labor council yearbook
The Monroe and West Monroe Chamber of Commerce pulled approval for advertising in the Monroe Central Trades and Labor Council yearbook after the labor council refused to stop telephone solicitations. The chamber cites seven years of opposing telephone solicitations to protect the public from fraud and unauthorized campaigns.
