Pageant Hopefuls Arrive for Miss Louisiana Event in Monroe
Thirty two Louisiana beauties arrive in Monroe to begin Miss Louisiana Pageant activities sponsored by the Monroe Jaycees. The pageant runs Thursday through Saturday at the Monroe Civic Center Theatre with emcee Sharon Blocher Miss Ohio 1966. Three Arrested as Ouachita Narcotics Raid Nets 31 Pounds
