A Monroe man H J Strain 61 and Alabama teen James Henry Ingram 19 were killed in a head-on collision on U S Highway 80 two miles from Delhi. Ingram apparently dozed at the wheel causing the fatal crash. Four traffic deaths and injuries in the area during the past three days prompted a police report. Strain's survivors include his widow a daughter two sisters and several grandchildren.
