Frankfort Ky June 16 The home of John Fallis who last night shot four policemen and two bystanders is surrounded today by special deputation. Authorities watch. Negro charged with murder of wife in Minden arrested here

Walker, a negro and alleged fugitive from Minden, was captured by Sheriff Grant while working as a section hand on the Vicksburg line. He is accused of murdering his wife about two years ago and has been at large since the crime. A. N. Phillipe of Minden helped arrange the transfer.
