Billy Clyde Shaver 30 died at his Swartz home about 3 a.m. after a long illness. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Thursday at Swartz Baptist Church with Rev. H. M. Roach officiating. Burial will be at Lock Arbor Cemetery under Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe direction. Survived by wife, two daughters Anita Kay and Cynthia Gayle both of Swartz, mother Mrs Clyde Shaver Swartz, brother George J. Shaver West Monroe, sisters Mrs Emery Dyer Monroe and Mrs Reubin Simmons West Monroe. Pallbearers listed. Also note Rangers box office milestone of $1 million in 1961-62 season.
