Agreement settles three day strike by Atlanta firemen
Atlanta firemen end a three day walkout after a late night agreement with the city. Mayor Ivan Allen, the city attorney and union leaders announced concessions including dismissal of court actions and no reprisals. A mediator will be studied while a special city council meeting is planned.
