Worley, 20 and a Neville High School graduate, joined the Navy in January 1976 and is the son of Carolyn Worley. Also, Air Force Sgt Ronald E. Phillips of West Monroe arrived at Howard Air Force Base in the Canal Zone to serve as a radio operator with the Communications Service. a 1972 West Monroe High School graduate who attended Grambling State University.
