Webb Roberts lifelong Ouachita Parish resident and agricultural leader died today at Glenwood Hospital from an apparent heart attack at age 68. He served 32 years on the Ouachita Parish Police Jury, retiring in 1971 to focus on beef cattle and hay. He held posts with the Louisiana Police Jury Association and conservation boards, helped promote Bahai grass farming, and was survived by his widow Grace, three children, ten grandchildren, a brother, and four sisters. Funeral services are under Kilpatrick's Funeral Home of West Monroe.
