In Mississippi L D Odom Suqualena drowned when a boat overturned near his home Evelyn Elaine Jones six was struck by a bus near Greenville Roberta Knox 37 fatally injured in a two truck collision south of Magee Lloyd Quave 22 of Vancleve died after being struck while alighting from his car.
Washington reports that House members may face funding hurdles for junkets this year as Rep. Mary Norton backs a cautious stance. She says committees must justify travel expenses and has never deemed a junket justified, signaling a stricter approval process ahead.
