Py Wilbur J. Tate, 19, of Eunice, formerly at East Louisiana hospital, confessed to killing Mrs. Catherine Fogleman, 35, on the Eunice Basile highway after claiming an urge to kill. He was arrested in Bossier City and committed to the state hospital as insane.
