Washington July 1 war has been declared on Pink Boll Worm from Hawaii by the Department of Agriculture. Secretary Houston today issued an order forbidding the introduction of cotton bolls or cotton seed to the United States from that island. Experts say the Pink Boll Worm has a firm grip on Hawaii and fear its spread into the United States.
