Drown Victim's Body Found In Ouachita River
The body of 19 year old Arthur Lyke of Columbia was recovered from the Ouachita River around 9 30 this morning after he disappeared during a rabbit hunt. He had crossed the river with companions Jerry Harrison and Bo Hudson, both of Columbia, to retrieve a jacket. The boat was powered by a 19 horsepower motor. Officers from Ouachita and Catahoula Parishes and Caldwell sheriff's department searched for him. He recently attended Northeast State College. He is survived by his mother, Mrs Helen Lyke.
